Free within Corvallis, Albany, Portland, Beaverton and Salem city limits. Outside those cities, existing distance bands use the nearest Corvallis or Portland city boundary. All travel fees are confirmed before booking.Before moving day.
Do you provide a truck?+
No. This is a labor-only service. You provide and drive the vehicle. If we help at both locations, our crew travels separately; transit time is not billed as labor and travel charges are agreed in advance.
What if my plans change?+
Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are nonrefundable, subject to applicable rights. One free reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice is available by mutual agreement. If we cannot fulfill the appointment, we refund the deposit. Contact us for other changes.
Can I use my own packing materials?+
Yes. You may also purchase supplies from us at confirmed prices. Tape and protective rolls are sold by the full unit once used; the remainder is yours to keep.
